8. Limitation of Liability
Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Honcho Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data retrieved from third-party services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Atlas at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Atlas after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
